Operator and service

Invitified is an electronic invitation platform operated by SUPERMAX ELECTRONICS TRADING - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C., Economic License No. CN-1175816.

These terms apply to use of Invitified for creating invitations, purchasing publishing access, and publishing invitations.

Accounts and content

Customers are responsible for their account credentials and for the information they add to an invitation. Customers must have permission to use uploaded files, names, text, venue details, and other content they provide.

Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, or for content that infringes another person's rights. Guest-response features can be enabled by an invitation creator and should be used only for the intended event.

Free drafting and paid publishing

Drafting, saving, editing, and private previewing are free. A verified one-time payment unlocks publishing access for one invitation; it is not a subscription.

Payment approval does not itself publish an invitation. The customer chooses when to explicitly publish and obtain a shareable web link. Editing and republishing the same paid invitation need no additional payment; a separate invitation requires its own purchase.
